About this Role

As a Software Account Manager, you will be in charge of making our broker partners successful. We have partnered with employee benefits brokerage firms across the country to distribute BerniePortal to their employer clients. You will have calls and demos with our partners, as well as with their clients and prospects. You'll also support them via email, and may get to hang out with them in person if they come to our annual users conference, Weekdays with Bernie. It all adds up to building positive, mutually beneficial relationships.
Compensation and Benefits

• Base: $35.00 / hr (annualized $72,800)
  • Estimated Annual Variable Compensation: $12,200
  • First-Year Target Compensation: $85,000
  • This role is non-exempt
• Full health and ancillary benefits after completion of probationary period
• Employer-paid Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance
• 401(k) with employer contribution (eligible after one year)

What will you do in this role?

• Develop strong, trusted, working relationships with our broker partners that results in positive ROI, for our partners and Bernard Health.
• Educate partners about BerniePortal's Payroll / HR / Benefits platform, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and activities in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Troubleshoot software behaviors and outline solutions
• Capture key customer feedback and deliver to internal teams
