Assure maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating long-staying, loyal customers. Handle day-to-day Learning Center operations and perform administrative functions. This is an On-site position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Retention Activities from enrollment to renewal

• Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct first lesson orientations
• Schedule lessons for customers and instructors
• Ensure optimal Language Center appearance
• Encourage customer re-enrollments.

Operations

• Enter and manage information in LCMS
• Process invoices and collect customer payments
• Prepare and reconcile payroll and other financial reports
• Manage material inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Four-year degree or equivalent experience

COMPETENCIES:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Positive performance rating for current/most recent performance appraisal
• Sales and customer service experience highly desirable
• Second language a plus

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITITES: Reports to: Service Delivery Manager

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
