Job Details for Bilingual Entry Level Call Center Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
• Pay Rate: $16/hr
• Temp-Hire

Job Responsibilities for Entry Level Call Center Representative:

• Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone.
• Document (Data entry) all case management related information into our data system
• Collaborate effectively with team members within and outside of the operations department.
• Actively participate in department and interdepartmental meetings and share knowledge to help strengthen the department and organization.
• Research information within in house database of providers and other useful information to aid both clients and staff

Requirements forEntry Level Call Center Representative :

• High School degree required; Associates, or Bachelors preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Assistance industry
• Bilingual in Arabic OR Spanish a plus
