- Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, M-F
- Pay Rate: $60 - $65k
- Direct Hire
- Analyze accounts, records, reports, accounts receivable and payable, journal vouchers, general and subsidiary ledgers and other accounting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Preparing monthly financial information utilizing the applicable support systems
- Duties include journal entries, coding invoices/vouchers, reconciling the balance sheet and analyzing variances
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records
- Analyze actual costs versus standard costs and prepare reports of variances
- Compile cost data for preparation of operating budgets
- Prepares other reports and assist in special projects and analysis as required or requested by supervisor.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter who can work independently and execute projects efficiently
