GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to provide essential support to the project coordinator. As a Student Intern, you will play a crucial role in gathering data, coordinating meetings, drafting reports, and ensuring effective communication between students, mentors, and project stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Gathering
Collect relevant data to support project objectives
Gather information and ensure data accuracy
Coordination
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events
Report Drafting
Prepare comprehensive and well-organized reports based on gathered data
Ensure accuracy and clarity in written communication
Communication
Follow up with students, mentors, and project stakeholders to gather feedback and updates
Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure project goals are met
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the project coordinator as needed
Assist in maintaining organized project documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field
Strong organizational skills, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using common office software and tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
