Customer Service (at least 1 year experience)

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and personable person to join our team!

• A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
• They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
• Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• MUST :
• Have reliable transportation
• Be available during normal business hours (8 am - 4 pm; Monday through Friday)
• Two Saturday's a month (8 am - NOON) are REQUIRED
• Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour tips, PAID WEEKLY
