Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an OTP Clinician in the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP/MAT) at Behavioral Health Network!

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks that support MAT/OTP team in adhering to contractual and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Responsible for administrative assignments including tasks related to hiring, training,
    scheduling, and compliance tracking.
  • Provides administrative assistance and works collaboratively with management,
    employees, and other departments to complete the administrative needs of the programs.
  • Attends meetings and provides relevant updates.
  • Maintains professional relationships and practices good customer service with BHN
    employees, potential employees, and other organizations and agencies.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and interviews.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists program with administrative & office tasks including scanning, filing, answering
    telephones, client reception, creating of reports, data entry, and special projects as
    needed.
  • Understands and is responsible for compliance on all record keeping requirements as
    determined by Federal and State Laws and funding sources.
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of and ability to reference DDS regulation
    and BHN policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of Administrative work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Demonstrates flexibility and cooperative attitude when requested to perform additional
    duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting
    deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
