Beefbar is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Server Assistant to join our talented front-of-house team. In this dynamic role, you will provide excellent support to our servers, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers with various tasks such as setting/clearing tables, refilling water/bread, and running food and drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room by tidying tables, sweeping/mopping floors, and restocking supplies
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a friendly and timely manner
- Address guest requests and questions promptly and courteously
- Monitor and restock condiments, napkins, and other dining room necessities
- Provide backup support to the host staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a server assistant or related front-of-house role
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stamina to be on your feet for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
$16.00/ hour ($10.65 cash wage, $5.35 tip credit) tips
