Beal Properties is looking for an Administrative Property Manager to assist with tenant customer service for our Multi-family Apartment buildings on Chicago's North side, North suburbs, the Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Ravenswood, Wrigleyville, Logan Square, Evanston, Winnetka, Glencoe and Highland Park.

Responsibilities for a Qualified candidate include:

• Handling tenant concerns timely; providing excellent customer service
• Reviewing vendor quotes; utilizing critical thinking skills
• Working with other administrative team members in the Tenant Customer Service department; collaborating with others
