- List & show vacant properties and follow up with prospects
- Schedule & move tenants in and out
- Coordinate maintenance, grounds-keeping & unit turns
- Conduct subsidy & periodic unit inspections
- Continually inspect apartment buildings & proactively resolve issues
- Ensure timely payment of rent & adherence to policies
Requirements
- 5 years experience in property management, knowledge of section 8 is a plus
- Must own a reliable, insured vehicle
- Must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and be well organized
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand and adhere to all local, state and federal housing guidelines
