Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Document all support activities in ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)
Skills:
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Knowledge of SCCM or similar software deployment tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.79 - $28.65 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
