What Will You Do?
As the IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that IT performs as efficiently as possible by supporting a smooth employee onboarding / offboarding process, maintaining high security awareness, and ensuring knowledge sharing among team members. The role is challenging but rewarding at the same time.
You will solve real customer problems offering solutions that address the customer’s immediate technical needs. Our goal is to continuously anticipate our customers’ evolving digital security needs to create best-in-class solutions aimed at keeping them safe. You will see your impact every day.

The position will be on-site in our offices located in San Antonio, TX. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
As the IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will:
  • Support MDM solutions such as Intune.
  • Support Corporate software such as Office 365, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Support telecom systems, including but not limited to 8x8 and Nextiva.
  • Administer and help to improve a cost-effective, but highly functional helpdesk system.
  • Keeping inventory of all hardware and software.
  • Support Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and AWS Directory Services.
  • Plan, direct, and manage information technology help desk projects such as the maintenance of and upgrades to hardware and software.
  • Design and deploy new desktop services and enhancements to existing hardware, software, and operating systems; proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support productivity tools running on Windows and Mac.
  • Support and help to enforce Change Management.
  • Help to implement a smooth employee onboarding / offboarding process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all company subjects so classified.
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
  • Azure Intune Experience: Proficiency in managing and implementing Azure Intune as part of PC and Mac Management Enterprise Solutions.
  • Multi-Platform Support Experience: Over 2 years of end user support and maintenance for both Mac and PC hardware and software in a Help Desk role.
  • Telecom Systems Expertise: At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience with telecom systems and headsets.
  • Effective Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication, and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Security and Access Control Knowledge: General knowledge of access control systems and CCTV.
  • Enterprise IT Management Skills: Experience in deploying and managing enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Management, Splashtop, Citrix, basic PBX, and Cloud Phone.
  • Operating Systems and Network Administration: Proficiency in all Windows PC and Mac operating systems, with a working knowledge of Windows system administration and networking (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, DNS).

Location: The position will be on-site located at 11103 West Ave. San Antonio, TX. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and business experience
Hours: Our dedicated team is available round the clock. This role will include working one weekend day and possibly adjusting shifts to accommodate employees on later shifts.
