Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Special Billing Specialist to join their team!
The Billing Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Generate and upload billing invoices onto third party portals
- Handle AR functions including billing, collection, research, and account/dispute reconciliation
- Resolve portal and/or EDI issues
- Prepare payment remittance for cash postings
- Work closely with various departments and customers to ensure timely dispute resolution
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot table, v-look up, and formula experience
- 2 years of AR customer or account reconciliation experience
