About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join our Finance Team. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections for our recurring revenue model and hardware billing. The ideal candidate will have experience in subscription billing & collections, project management skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and a customer-centric approach to billing and collections.
Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to manage billing processes efficiently and accurately for multiple revenue streams, including SaaS and usage billing.
• Generate and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve payment and billing errors
• Develop and document standardized procedures for billing tasks to ensure consistency and streamline operations.
• Provide customer support for billing issues & inquiries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting or receivables.
• Support location managers with any AR or billing related inquiries and assist with executing transactions within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing Role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its billing and invoicing functionalities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a software or technology company is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with detail and accuracy in a fast-paced and demanding environment

$60,000 - $70,000 a year
