AUTOMOTIVE BILLING SPECIALIST

Full-Time Position

Autobahnautomotive dealership located in Fort Worthis looking to hire a Billing Specialist to post car deals to the general ledger and book inventory into our system. It’s a process-oriented position that requires good inter-office communication skills, someone with a strong background in accounting, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities - Billing Specialist:

Process automotive billing deals for the accounting office
Verify deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins
Post all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
Verify accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
Communicate with Finance Sales staff to assure deals are turned in and processed in a timely manner
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications - Billing Specialist:

Billing/accounting experience is required
Automotive experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to analyze and research information is required
Detail oriented and organized
DealerTrack experience is a plus
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Team participant
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
