Job Summary
Our client, a strategic communications firm, is seeking a direct hire Receptionist to support their busy office in Washington, DC!
About the Job :
- Serve as the welcoming face of the front desk, assisting staff, clients, and guests.
- Sign-in all guests through visitor registration and coordinate parking and security passes as needed.
- Manage a high volume of daily calls and organize mail and packages.
- Coordinate staff lunches, track invoices, and support special projects.
- Handle conference room scheduling and meeting preparation.
About You :
- 2 years of relevant front desk, administrative, or office experience.
- Proficiency in calendar / scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service attitude.
About the Position :
$50K-$60K, depending on experience.
