The Salon Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client and team engagement, supporting management and stylists with daily operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Must be approachable, smiling, greeting, and welcoming clients and team members in person, over the phone, and through email correspondence.
· Keeping the salon tidy and organized utilizing a daily checklist and hourly walk-throughs to acknowledge and address needs.
· Supporting stylists with folding laundry, sweeping floor, stocking products etc.
· Serving beverages to clients, hanging coats, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and processing transactions.
· Promote the beauty and fashion industry through personal appearance and grooming.
· Ability to confidently articulate and educate clients on salon services, products, policies, and promotions.
· Must be self-motivated, enjoy multi-tasking, be reliable and punctual.
· Ability to resolve issues and deescalate situations in a calm and professional manner.
