Join our client's international organization as a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, where you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and visitor greetings while ensuring smooth office operations. From overseeing printer maintenance to ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness, your role will be pivotal in maintaining office efficiency. If you have a bachelor's degree, 1 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, apply today!
About the Job:
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate staff, while greeting visitors and notifying staff of their arrivals.
  • Oversee printer and copier repair and maintenance, including placing service calls and coordinating with the Facilities Maintenance Technician as needed.
  • Manage the supply room by ordering general supplies and training staff on copier and printer use.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and appeal, reporting any repair needs to the Facilities Supervisor and Global Facilities Manager.
  • Process facility requests and train staff on outgoing mail processing, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS shipments.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing security access cards, maintaining emergency alert systems, processing employee PAFs, and supporting IT-related tasks as needed.
About You:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1 years of facilities, office, or other relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable of iOffice, preferably!
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, with excellent phone presence and communication skills.
About the Position:
  • $22/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience.
  • Potentially converts to a salary of $53K-$58K.
  • 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
