Beacon Hill is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Washington, DC
Beacon Hill Financial is working with a non-profit organization in Falls Church, Virginia, to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This person will report to the Accounting Manager and be responsible for full cycle AP. If you are interested in this role, please apply with an up-to-date resume.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation
- Evaluate expense reports and make adjustments, if necessary, per travel policy guidelines
- Set up vendors using W9s
- Process check requests
- Reconcile and process credit card bills
- 1099 maintenance and IRS filing
- Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding account status
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses of payables as required
