We are assisting our client, located in Boston, MA, to search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their Accounting department. Responsibilities of this position will include:
Responsibilities:
- Process full cycle invoices - high volume
- Perform month end activity
- Provide vendor support
- Post to the General Ledger system
- Weekly check runs
- Process expense reports
- Enter invoices into accounting system
- Experience with AP, high volume is a plus!
- Excel and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
