Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to come into an enterprise IT organization to assist and lead in the implementation of Viva Goals, a goal alignment solution that uses the objectives and key results (OKR) framework to connect teams to organization's strategic priorities, unite them around their mission and purpose, and drive business results. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating efforts around OKR and OCM adoption. Required Skills:
Experience implementing OKR tools (similar to Viva Goals) and/ or acting as coordinator, serving as the liaison between technical teams and executive leadership
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mentality
Experience initiating project related and client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and proactively following up on action items
Experience working with leadership to support and represent OCM and OKR initiatives and activities
Desired Skills:
Experience cultivating an environment of accountability and transparency
Microsoft 365 Support and Administration experience
Experience creating and maintaining documentation related to M365 administration processes, user documentation and self-help support documentation (specifically around the Viva Goals tool)
Experience with troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft Exchange, O365 Exchange Online, Distribution Groups and Shared Mailboxes, MEM/Intune, and O365 Apps
