Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules of drivers and rentals.
• Qualifies customers and executes rental agreements.
• Manages daily business operations of the fleet, customer services, and logistics.
• Aligns, partners, and collaborates with assigned human resources and leadership to proactively manage employee relations and support/develop business objectives.
• Facilitates hiring, training, and monitors the performance of each driver to ensure the highest quality experience for customers.

Key Competencies:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• A team player attitude.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of liability insurance.
• 5 years of related work experience or training.
• Clean driving record for past three (3) years
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

REMOTE (in Ohio)
Hours: 8-5, Mon-Fri
Pay: 65-70K
