Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.
This manager will be instrumental in overseeing the organization's operational and financial processes. This includes serving as the primary point person with our fiscal sponsor’s finance department, supporting fundraising, grant reporting and management, and database management. You’ll also work closely with our programs team to support communications and marketing, invoicing, data tracking, and other needs as they develop.

Location
Mitsui Collective is currently a remote work environment based in Cleveland, OH. Staff should expect to convene a minimum of 3-4 times per year in person as a full team. Other virtual and in-person arrangements will be determined between the employee and supervisor. Additional work travel may be required on occasion.
