Responsibilities:

- Responsible for accurately performing takeoffs.

- Responsilbe for accurately interpreting specifications.

- Work with project management staff to ensure the estimates and materials are quantified accurately.

- Track and Manage all projects / estimates with ease and with great communication with management staff and owner(s)

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Develop project plans with design professionals, including scope, budget, and schedule

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

- Manage project budgets and control costs through effective cost control measures

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during construction

- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid)

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with project management software(s)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management

- Ability to analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
