As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential construction projects from inception to completion. Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
- Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
