Responsibilities:

• Provides advanced administrative/secretarial support to the Executive as required.
• Manages the Executive's schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.
• Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed.
• Performs other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Executive or Administrative Office Supervisor.
• Greets and directs visitors and team members.
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

Preferred:

• 2 years of Administrative Support

• 1 year of Executive support
• Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
