Execute the Y’s Strategic Plan: Continue to foster collaboration with policy volunteers, community leaders, and key staff. Implement the strategic plan with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes that address the needs of the communities the Y serves. Ensure clarity by defining organizational strategies and outlining a concrete implementation plan with specific deliverables. Salary Range$240,000 to $287,000 annually

- Fiscally sound business management approach with a proven track record of budgetary and fiscal management more than $10M or more annually.
