- The Dietary Cook supervisor cooks and prepares meals when needed.
- The Dietary Cook plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours; cook supervisor will oversee food production for AM & PM cook.
- The Dietary Cook follows standard recipes and special diet orders- attends monthly food meeting & follows up on concerns,
- The Dietary Cook supervisor operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- The Dietary Cook supervisor adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.
- The Dietary Cook supervisor cleans and maintains kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
