We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist to focus on Onboarding/Recruitment & Benefits, who will create the best possible recruitment experience for our potential employees, our hiring managers, and enthusiastically support the onboarding of our new employees.
What does Bay City Electric Works do?
The Bay City Electric Works team provides standby generator, energy storage, and engine solutions to make back up power a certainty for our customers. With over 130 employees and growing, BCEW brings the stability and structure of an established business, while still valuing the individual team members that support our success and to be the go-to generator systems supplier in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Offering quality brands like KOHLER® and Doosan, the BCEW team provides new equipment, service, and rental power solutions for commercial, municipal, and residential customers that require emergency generator back-up power.
