We are looking for energetic, high driven individuals! We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
4. Conduct product training sessions for clients to increase product adoption and usage.
5. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the business relationship.
6. Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address any potential risks.
7. Create and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in HVAC sales, door to door sales, or Solar Sales (not a must)
2. Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
