We are a Property Management Company in need of a part time (24-32 HPW) person to assist the Office Manager & sometimes the owner in general duties which include: greeting customers, showing apartments, follow up calls to residents, and other general duties involving property management. The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, professional, flexible & enjoys interacting with people. Basic computer skills are a must as well as a good work ethic & attendance. This person will also assist the owner of the company with personal assistant duties as needed. Hours most likely 9-4:30 T-F. More hours may be available during the Spring and Summer months due to higher volumes of business. We are a small office with a tight team and want to bring in someone who gets along well with other's and wants to be a part of our special team.
