Barney Trucking is now hiring an administrative assistant to help onboard and grow our fleet of drivers. We are looking for someone who can adapt to multiple tasks, learn the company and processes quickly, and pivot when needed.

Barney Trucking is now hiring an administrative assistant to help onboard and grow our fleet of drivers. We are looking for someone who can adapt to multiple tasks, learn the company and processes quickly, and pivot when needed.
Looking for someone who can:
- Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to shift tasks with ease
- Desire to learn and grow
- Tech-savvy and able to learn and operate different computer software
- Strong team player and champion of colleagues
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Field inbound calls from potential candidates and discuss job opportunities.
- Pre-screen/Pre-Qualify candidates and acquire a complete application
- Follow up with applicants with phone calls, email and text messaging
- Social media; follow up on comments/direct messages and engage with potential candidates
- Perform actions in the applicant tracking system (Tenstreet): leave notes; create reminders
- Update weekly KPI report with recruiting metrics
