We are currently searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing company in Chamblee, GA. The SDR is our Call Center/Qualifiers/Prospectors. SDRs reach out to (Outbound SDR) and respond to (Inbound SDR) referral prospects. SDRs qualify the prospects by asking questions that focus on customer needs and identify the decision-making process for selecting a partner Medical Practice to deliver world class service to their perspective patients.

Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Qualifying the business referrer and/or patient on what Channel they fit within BOSM structure.
  • Following up on customer calls.
  • Making outbound calls.
  • Upselling and cross-selling.
  • Managing and updating customer databases through CRM Salesforce.

Connect with leads:

  • Use multiple sources to get in contact with leads (Phone calls, Emails, Voicemails, LinkedIn, Direct mail, social media, Events, and more).
  • Research and scan market to best define demographics.
  • Research Individual prospects and understand Who they are, what they do, how they do it, why they do it, and location.

Qualify leads:

  • Learn about referral prospect.
    • Understand their business process and how it integrates into Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine’s excellent medical patient service.
    • Understand their needs.
    • Understand their current pain points.
    • Understand their budget / payment process.
    • Understand their number of potential patient referrals on a monthly & annual basis.
    • Understand their decision process and key service levels they want met.
  • Educate referral prospect on Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine’s excellent medical patient service.
    • Detail our capabilities and commitment to world class technical capability.
    • Detail past customer success and patient success.
    • Detail process after referral “signs up.”
  • Overall determine if referral prospect fits Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine by fully detailing their size, budget, needs, and timeline.

Other Duties:

  • Stay fully up to date on Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine’s excellent medical patient service capabilities.
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM system is utilized and BOSM sales handbook is followed.
  • Have high level of resilience and determination with strong desire to push past no’s.
  • Ensure elite conversations with prospects including high level of active listening.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, business, or related field.
  • Degree preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce and Microsoft O365 exp preferred.
  • Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication.
  • Ability to excel as a team player on a daily basis & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.
