Peached Hospitality Group is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of a new restuarant in Cedar Park, and we're on the lookout for exceptional Executive Sous Chefs to join our dynamic team across all our locations. We're seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about food but also brings a positive attitude and is eager to advance in their career as a chef.
Who we're looking for:
- Be highly motivated by creating great food making people happy.
- A dedicated team player.
- Possesses outstanding knife skills.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of basic cooking methods.
- Exhibits strong communication and organizational skills.
- Has some knowledge of food cost, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
