Bar Peached is Hiring an Assistant General Manager Near Cedar, TX
Exciting news! The Peached Tortilla is all set to open a new location in Cedar Park, and we're on the lookout for an Assistant General Managers to join our team! Candidate will train at our original Austin location until we open at the new spot early next year.
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of providing top-notch customer service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your role involves collaborating with the General Manager to achieve our service, sales, and profit goals, all while keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations of our restaurant crew.
What you'll be doing:
- Becoming a pro in every position, from hosting to serving, bartending, and expo.
- Ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience with top-tier service.
- Assist with hiring individuals that fit the Peached Tortilla culture and brand
- Training new team members through our well-structured process, including server training, menu quizzes, and mock service.
- Providing guidance and, when necessary, using our three-strike system for employee discipline.
- Make sure our FOH and BOH teams stick to their cleaning schedules.
- Keeping our space in tip-top shape by swiftly reporting any necessary repairs.
- Assisting the General Manager with payroll, especially when it comes to tracking clock-ins and outs.
- Balancing server banks after each shift and ensuring the POS is all squared away.
- Coordinating reservations for special events and working closely with the kitchen team to keep everything on track.
Who you are:
- 3 years as a server or at least 2 years of management experience in the food and hospitality industry.
- A passion for leadership and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to train and guide our staff when needed.
- A love for working in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
- A cell phone and reliable transportation.
- Experience with tools like Excel, Google Suites, Toast, and Open Table would be a big plus!

- Average $51,000 to $56,000 per year including quarterly bonuses
