We're Looking For: 

A dynamic, energetic, and experienced manager to help lead our team. You're not just managing a bar; you're curating an atmosphere, crafting event experiences, and leading a team that's at the forefront of Boston's hospitality and nightlife. We don’t take ourselves too seriously at the Moxy, but we are very serious about service. As the food & beverage operators in the hotel, we are a key part of making sure every guest’s stay exceeds their expectations. 

✨ Role Responsibilities: 

Oversee daily operations of the bar, including any private events, ensuring exceptional service standards. 

Manage and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. 

Coordinate with the hotel management for event planning and execution. 

Manage inventory, order supplies, and navigate staff scheduling. 

Ideal Candidate: 

Proven experience in bar or hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry. 

Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and manage a team. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

A flair for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere. 

Knowledge of scheduling, and inventory management. 

Passion for the hospitality industry and staying ahead of industry trends.
