General Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Chef at Olympia Provisions, your main role is to oversee the kitchen team and ensure that our restaurant serves delicious dishes promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Culinary Director and take charge of various kitchen operations, including:
Managing food purchases within budget.
Planning and executing meal preparation.
Hiring, evaluating, and training team members.
Ensuring that standard procedures and cleaning schedules are followed.
Assisting in menu development.

Previous experience in leadership roles, managing shifts and restaurant personnel.
Experience in an adaptable, organized work environment.
The ability to follow instructions and provide guidance while holding team members accountable.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
A strong culinary foundation and 3 years of successful kitchen leadership experience.
Demonstrated skills in menu execution and an understanding of kitchen management.
3 of progressive experience in high-volume food production, catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Previous experience with training, inventory management, and ordering.

Compensation:
$60,000-$65000 annual salary DOE/ tips (average $8,000 annually) with profit bonus opportunities
