Job Description:

BambuMeta, a fast-paced SaaS startup headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will play a crucial part in our sales growth strategy through forging strategic alliances and partnerships. The position offers a hybrid work model, with partial in-office presence, and emphasizes our company's commitment to hard work and a fast-moving pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy tailored to BambuMeta's goals, focusing on generating sales through partnership referrals, agencies, and collaborations with complementary companies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, negotiating and securing mutually beneficial agreements that align with our company vision and values.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with key partners, including industry leaders, influencers, and complementary businesses, to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to effectively execute partnership initiatives and maximize results.
  • Deepen your understanding of BambuMeta's SaaS products and services, as well as our target market, to effectively position partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive partner engagement and adoption by providing necessary support, resources, and training, ensuring alignment with BambuMeta's objectives and standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, tracking key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI, to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent BambuMeta at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and nurture partnerships, as well as raise our company profile.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure partnership agreements comply with regulations and mitigate associated risks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and executing plans swiftly.
  • Analytical proficiency, capable of interpreting data, evaluating performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with partnership management platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to meet with partners, attend events, and represent BambuMeta externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
