The Role:

The Manager, Client Partnerships is a professional, driven individual with out-of-home sales experience. This role spearheads relationship-building efforts with our valued clients. The primary responsibilities revolve around managing new business advertising inquiries and nurturing our expanding book of commercial productions. This role is pivotal in anticipating and resolving client challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring our continued success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed annualized sales quotas with a focus on quarterly goals.

  • Identify and prospect business and retain client opportunities.

  • Take ownership of data entry and maintenance in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for streamlined operations.

  • Independently complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with precision, incorporating data, visuals, and innovative ideas.

  • Manage productions with a specific focus on hand-painted services for diverse clients, including retail businesses, office developments, museums, art organizations, local municipalities, and commercial real estate.

  • Anticipate, identify, and effectively resolve client challenges as they arise.

  • Develop and deliver personalized sales presentations and capabilities demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with internal and external creative and communications departments to develop impactful campaigns and revenue-generating collateral.

  • Work closely with the internal Operations team to ensure transparent and timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including task prioritization, cross-functional organization, short- and long-term planning, proactive problem-solving, confident decision- making, meticulous attention to detail, and persistent follow-through.

  • Effectively identify and sell to new business and commercial production clients.

  • Work collaboratively with the Vice President and Senior Sales Project Manager to establish commercial productions that foster strategic partnerships for the business.

  • Utilize Colossal resources strategically to enhance the sales performance of underperforming assets.

Requirements:

The Basics:

  • Required:
    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • 6 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Preferred:
    • 2 outdoor advertising experience.
    • Any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.

  • Sales Proficiency: Strong foundation in general sales techniques, with a working knowledge that enables the skillful promotion of outdoor advertisements and meeting of sales quotas.

  • Highly Skilled in Communication: Proven ability to execute impactful cold calls and deliver compelling presentations, coupled with the capacity to articulate the nuances of the outdoor advertising business clearly to clients.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrated effectiveness in managing fluctuating workloads, showcasing resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Advanced ability to establish rapport and gain trust across diverse backgrounds, facilitating seamless communication and fostering cooperative working relationships.

  • Self-Management: Exceptional capacity to work independently with consistent follow-through, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
