Seeking an HR Generalsit to help growing restaurant group! 
Payroll

• Enter and submit each store’s biweekly payroll in ADP
• Audit hours in Toast and tip sheets from managers
• Use PAF to update employee personal or employment information in ADP to keep all employee data current
• Track salaried employee PTO and hourly employee sick leave accruals
• Enter benefit deductions, and additional applicable earnings or deductions
• Address employee pay questions, and addressing missed/retro pay as necessary
• Grant and troubleshoot employee ADP access, Toast, Tiphaus
• Audit year-end documents (1095-Cs, W-2s)
• Run pay data reports and audits requested

Employee Relations and Legal/Compliance

• Attend employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff and conducting investigations
• Keep current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by attending webinars, reading IRA and SHRM articles, etc.
• Maintain Employee Handbook and HR Files
• Collect employee incident reports and complete/submit worker’s compensation documents to insurance

Other

• Maintain employee personnel in ADP and HotSchedules
• Coordinate and Execute Compliance training act all locations
• Engage with IDES on unemployment claims and appeals where necessary
• Work from restaurants to foster relationships with employees and managers, and address any concerns
• Complete other duties as assigned
