We are looking to staff various prestigious properties located throughout Manhattan with customer service-driven front desk agents. Some of the responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: greeting and providing services for all residents and visitors in a professional manner, providing quality front desk functions, performing professional lobby patrol duties, providing quality service to all residents by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all times, and maintaining the accuracy of the visitor database.
