We are excitedly looking for a positive, experienced Human Resources Generalist, who loves streamlining processes and problem solving. Someone who will ensure that HR operates efficiently and smoothly as directed. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll and benefits administration, leaves of absence, worker’s comp, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, must have excellent attention to detail, is able to work independently with little or no supervision, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an ESOP company of diverse people.
