- Operate Truck Scale
- Notify warehouse team of incoming clients
- Create transportation documents
- Update logistics status trackers
- Create and maintain QuickBooks / Rematter vendor and customer information
- Create, maintain and apply rates to vendor accounts
- Assist with monthly payment purchase orders
- Initiate invoice and paperwork
- Assist with Account Receivables collections
- Assist with the receiving process and paperwork
- Client Services - schedule service requests
- Inventory - assist in inventory adjustments
- Data Entry - provide support to various departments
- Equipment – Assist Maintenance Manager with Hippo Software – scanning and entering Data
- Human Resources – Assist Office Manager with payroll and onboarding new team members
- Partner with office manager on various projects
- Participate in special project
- Look for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Other jobs as assigned

- Word and Excel (or Google equivalent)
- 3-5 years bookkeeping experience
- General Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree
