As a Project Manager you’ll be leading the work of your team to achieve all project goals within the given constraint. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative recruitment/sampling projects, including: fielding samples, communicating directly with clients, managing multiple sub-contractors and coordinating with internal team members.

Also, you will maintain and grow existing client relationships by supporting team members in the creation of client pricing/proposals and account planning and sometimes will program surveys and organize/interpret data utilizing programming software (e.g., Qualtrics or Decipher) and Excel.

Requirements

• Ability (or willingness to learn how) to program surveys in Qualtrics and organize and interpret data in Excel
• 2 years of relevant experience with a track record of high performance including
  progressive responsibilities focused on project management and/or business operations (supplier side research experience considered an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support
  effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients
