Avero is Hiring an Engineering Manager Near Michigan, IN
Our customer in Michigan City, IN is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for project execution within the design department, managing timelines, and using knowledge of design concepts to assist the engineering department. The ideal candidate offers a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Technology, a minimum of 5-6 years in a Engineering Design and a strong background in CAD software such as SolidWorks.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage team and ensure all Engineered to Order products meet customer's specifications
- Oversee team's workload and ensure correct prioritization
- Interact directly with customers to prepare, change, and finalize engineering design project specifications
