Our customer is looking to add an experienced leader to join their team. This person will manage the plant production, scheduling, warehousing, maintenance, and facilities. Someone who has experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement would be ideal. This person will get to spend a lot of time on the floor interacting with the people they are leading as well as focused on projects to improve the plant. This is a small/medium sized plant so someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed is necessary - this is a very hands-on leadership role.
