Quality Manager Description
Our client in the machining sector, specializing in aerospace, defense, and commercial industries, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. Quality Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Quality Management System for continuous improvement
- Lead a team of five quality engineers

- Align schedules with workload to ensure efficiency
- Draft and update company procedures
- Ensure adherence to aerospace, nuclear, and naval customer specifications
- Act as primary contact for customer quality reviews
Quality Manager Qualifications
- 6 years of quality experience required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Familiarity with machining processes and measurements required
- Deep familiarity with AS9100 specification required
- Effective communication skills required
