First Call Professional Services is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Rushville, IN
First Call Professional Service is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our client’s dynamic team and help continue to set the standard for excellence. The Quality Manager will be responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the company. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Pay ranges from 95K- 120K depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a quality plan to align with quality system requirements.
- Collaborate with Production and Development teams to ensure continuous product supply and support new product introductions.
- Establish quality requirements with purchasing staff and external suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to national and international standards and legislation.
- Supervise and manage quality inspection and product release programs.
- Define and implement quality procedures in partnership with operational staff.
- Manage and analyze performance data to drive quality improvements.
- Liaise with customers and clients to establish service standards and address compliance issues.
- Identify and deliver quality-related training needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a consumer product manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in quality management systems and conducting quality system audits.
- Willingness to travel as required.
