[REMOTE] Solutions Specialist/ Consultant (Dynamics 365 exp. req.) Description

Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Solutions Specialist to add to their remote team. You will be responsible for the continued growth of 25 existing clients – from creating projects for these clients and handing them off to the project team, to solutioning new products/licensing the customer can buy, etc. Ideal candidates will have Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting and demo experience and can independently offer ideas and solutions to support ERP and CRM integrations. We need someone that is looking for a challenge/new opportunity to do more than just “project manage”. This is an excellent opportunity with upward mobility to become a key player in our client’s innovation and growth.

[REMOTE] Solutions Specialist/ Consultant (Dynamics 365 exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Help customers with their technology concerns
• Guide/ train customers on how to grow their technology stack
• Up/cross-sell to current customers
• Demo Dynamics 365 BC or CRM features to clients
• Connect monthly with each client
• Update clients on what new is happening with the software they own
• Educate customers on other Microsoft software
• Document business process reviews and assessments
• Liaise with third-party solution providers (‘ISVs’) and install and configure solutions as required
• Work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and other team members
• Prepare project documentation, data conversion, and Data Migration templates

[REMOTE] Solutions Specialist/ Consultant (Dynamics 365 exp. req.) Qualifications

• 3 years of experience implementing Business Central Solutions
• Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV Consulting experience required
• Demo experience with Dynamics 365 BC or CRM required
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics Business Central required
