Location: Medford, WI
Salary: $60,000 -$75,000 Benefits

Typical Hours: Mon– Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Available for weekends during peak season)

Our client is looking for a Sales Agronomist to add to their team in Medford, WI. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by promoting our client's agricultural products to local farmers. Ideal candidates have industry knowledge and are comfortable engaging with clients and prospects with a confident approach. Whether you're already local or looking to relocate to Wisconsin, if you're passionate about agriculture, you could be a great fit! This is your chance to be our client's first full-time agronomist, where growth options are limitless!
Sales Agronomist (Agricultural exp. req.; No Sales exp req -Paid Relo) Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate action plans to increase customer base
- Assist with inventory planning and forecasting
- Maintain sales contracts & bookings
- Conduct sales calls
- Interpret soil tests and nutrient maps
- Present products and services
- Consult with growers working in the field
- Interpret soil tests and nutrient maps
- Identify and diagnose weed, insect, and plant abnormalities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of seed genetics

- Agriculture industry knowledge experience required

- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel within territory required
